Services are provided under a written agreement that defines scope, fees, revisions, defects periods, ownership, and handover. Website package summaries are indicative marketing descriptions — the signed scope controls.
Ownership
Client-owned domains are preferred wherever practical. Ownership and transfer rights for deliverables are as specified in the signed agreement. We do not promise unconditional ownership of third-party software, reusable Olympus intellectual property, or external service accounts.
Payment
Essential and Connected packages are typically 50% commencement / 50% completion. Custom projects use agreed milestones. Terms are subject to contract finalisation.
